+ About the work
Hallucinatory, joyful and bold, UNLIMITED PLEASURE is a timely new work that explores the role of desire in our collective obsession with technology. An ironic sex bot explores the origins of life and fetish as part of the complexity of human unconsciousness. Both the violence and pleasures of the mass hallucinatory Real are articulated in this vivid collage relief.
"We are shaped by unconscious drives we cannot perceive", the artist has written "It seems desire and violence remain the principle un-deconstructed driving forces of human activity."
